Hello to all of our blog readers and customers. We wanted to let everyone know that we have decided to move our entire business to the Web
at the end of September 2008.
While this means that our shop in Port Jefferson, New York will be closing, you will still be able to shop with us, 24 hrs a day/7 days a week on our website from the comfort of your own home. With todays gas prices and the parking meters in Port Jefferson, I'm sure you will all appreciate being able to shop online with us without any of the "Port Jeff" hassles!
Last week we sent a mailing out (announcing the closing of our "brick & mortar" store) to the "snail mail" addresses that our customers have given us over the years. If you are on that list, check your mailbox for that mailing because it contains a special coupon code good for:
on all website orders... Forever!The online coupon will never expire and is in honor of all of you who frequented our Port Jefferson shop. This is our way of thanking you for being a loyal customer. Customers who tolerated the traffic on your way down to (and in) Port Jeff, customers who endured the endless "circling" while trying to find a parking spot and most of all, the customers who had to pay for those d*mn parking meters while you were in town! Ugh!

Although you won't be able to stop by our shop in Port Jeff any longer, we do plan to come out a few times a year to do some of the local shows and street fairs so that we can still see your smiling faces! (Seriously, we *will* truly miss the daily interaction with so many of our very memorable customers.)
We've had an absolute blast over the past few years getting to know you all and we don't want the closing of our shop to be the end of our relationship! We love to promote "Green" communication (ie: Email contact) but we know not everyone gets to every email and we don't want you to miss out on our Sales and/or Events that we'll do in the future. So if you haven't done so already pleeeeeease take a moment to join our mailing list so that we can notify you of the upcoming fairs we plan to do. In the very least, make sure we have your email address (for those people who are reading this blog and who are not yet on our list). We'd love to have your mailing address as well should you decided to share it. We promise we'll only send Snail Mail a few times a year, otherwise, we'll stick to email.
Rest assured, your private information is SAFE with us. We will never, ever rent, sell or share your information via smoke signal... NO MATTER WHAT!
